Disney To Inaugurate Frozen Theme Park In Hong Kong
On November 20, Disney is all set to unveil the first frozen-themed land, which is a part of the company’s plan to invest 60 billion dollars in its parks and resorts. It will be known as the World of Frozen, inspired by popular animated movies.
You will see a replica of the iconic locations from Elsa’s Ice Palace and also Aredelle’s fictional kingdom. The theme park will feature two very interesting rides, one of which includes a boat ride through the winter wonderland, where you can hear background music from famous movies, and a roller coaster ride for a thrilling adventure. The best part is that the roller coaster will look like a sleigh.
If you get hungry, then they also have an in-house restaurant with a Nordic theme, so you will not be at any loss of entertainment, even when you eat.
The Managing Director of Disneyland Hong Kong stated, “This beloved franchise will elevate Hong Kong Disneyland’s global presence.” However, the company has ambitions to extend beyond Hong Kong and set its mark as the World’s largest theme park operator. They have outlined a plan to double their spending on these theme parks.
Disney also has plans to extend the concept of Frozen Themed Parks in other places, including Paris, Tokyo, and Zootopia attractions in Shanghai this year.
The visitors of Hong Kong Park will see a surge in price during the peak periods, where passes will cost up to HK$879 and HK$639 during the normal scenario.
