After the completion of the renovation and expansion work done in the year 2018, the price of the Home Alone Movie House is priced at $5.25 million. 

This renovation and the sale of Home Alone Movie Housework was done by Dawn McKenna Group which is a U.S. real estate company. 

The Dawn McKenna Group shared a video on the Instagram platform showing the fully renovated house. The video went viral, it highlighted the luxurious features of the Home Alone Movie House which includes a large basketball court, a sunroom, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a home theatre.

However, the fans of “Home Alone” are quite disappointed with the changes that were made to the home which was left as an iconic model since 1990. But the new changes in the interiors include the extra features like that of a game room and a half-court for basketball.

The Home Alone Movie House was listed on Airbnb in the year 2021, which allowed the fans of the movie to stay one night to experience the iconic features of the house. It was later noticed that the 1990s interiors did not align with the modern generation hence the decision was made to recreate the interiors that can highlight the contemporary design elements. 

The price of the Home Alone Movie House was tagged by the McAllister House which was indeed used for the converted piece that reflects the pop culture of history, with a price of $5.25 million.

As the Home Alone movie house is situated in Winnetka, Illinois, the home was originally constructed in 1921 and spans over 9,000 square feet, which has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Since the movie came to theatres over 30 years after its cinematic debut, the McAllister house has made its significance in captivating audiences due to its beautiful charm. The Home Alone Movie House has made historic memories with Kevin’s legendary traps to the most speculations related to the McAllister family’s occupation and finances-related issues, for which the Home Alone movie house remains an iconic symbol of the film’s legacy.
