The Tulip Garden of Kashmir has been a significant attraction for tourists visiting Kashmir and is one of the best places to visit in Kashmir, and recently the garden has made its way to the Book of World Records London as Asia’s largest Tulip Garden. One of the important Kashmir travel tips includes visiting this beautiful garden.

The chairman and the CEO of Book of World Records London awarded the Department of Floriculture, Gardens, and Parks with the honour. This is one of the greatest acknowledgments the garden has received ever since its inception.

The Jammu and Kashmir government has stated that the honour has been given to appreciate the hard work of the gardeners and labourers involved in the Floriculture of the garden.

The Tulip Garden has been awarded Asia’s Largest for displaying 1.68 million tulips with 68 different varieties, attracting 3.75 lac visitors throughout the year.

The Tulip Garden in Kashmir was established in the year 2008, and ever since its inception, the people associated with the garden, including gardeners, have left no stone unturned to ensure that the garden remains a major attraction for visitors.

When the Tulip Garden opens, the number of tourists doubles up in the valley, proving that the garden is one of the major draws for tourists.
