Venice Under Danger. Find Out Why?

Venice is the most beautiful and romantic destination in the world for planning your honeymoon, and it might soon fall under UNESCO’s danger list. UNESCO has recommended adding the beautiful city of Venice to the list of  Heritage Under Danger. 

UNESCO has called out to the government of Venice to take utmost care and address the problems that have been going on for a long time. 

The weather in Venice has deteriorated the condition of the place as the city deals with the situation. In February, Venice witnessed a severe drought, which led to the drying up of some streams so that the Gondolas or water taxis could not pass through the canals. 

In 2019, Venice also suffered a flood, and it is currently dealing with the problem of over-tourism.
