You can book your tickets to the Dubai Fountain on the official website, and there are two ways to witness the magical Dubai Fountain Show; First if you want to have a closer look of the show then you can take the abra ride in the Burj Lake, and enjoy the show while sailing through the lake, which will cost you around AED 73 per person.
The other way to enjoy the lake is by strolling down the long broadwalk which is 272 m long, and costs AED 25 per person. You will me 9 meters away from the fountain from this place. However you should keep in mind that the prices may vary from season to season.

How To Reach Dubai Fountain?
By Metro: You can take the red line and get off at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro station, from here the Dubai Fountain is just 15 minutes walk, so it is easily accessible.
By Bus: If you are coming from the World Trade Center, you can take the bus number 29, which stops at the Dubai Mall.
By Car: If you are planning to drive there, take the Sheikh Zayed Road/E11, and drive towards Downtown Dubai. Take the Exit 50 and for D71, and look for Dubai Mall or Burj Khalifa Signs.
